Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 10 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed, and original condition items with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For in-city shipping, we offer free return pickup or drop-off at designated locations. Customized or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. Please retain your receipt and packing slip for reference.
